1. RETURN PERIOD
At Piezasdecoches.com , we offer a 30-day return or exchange period from the date of receipt. The product must be in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
2. CONDITIONS FOR RETURN
For the return to be accepted, the following requirements must be met:
- The product must be in its original condition, without damage or alterations.
- It must include all original accessories and packaging.
- Used, tampered, or incomplete products will not be accepted.
3. RETURN PROCESS
To request a refund, the customer must:

- Please indicate the order number and the reason for the return.
- Send the product to the address indicated by our team.
The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective products or shipping errors.
4. REFUNDS
Once the product has been received and its condition verified, we will proceed with the refund within 7 business days , using the same payment method used for the purchase.
5. EXCHANGES FOR ANOTHER PRODUCT
If the customer wishes to exchange a product for another, they must follow the same return process and make a new purchase on our website.
6. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS OR INCORRECT SHIPMENTS
If the product received is defective or does not match the order placed, Piezasdecoches.com will assume the return costs and send a replacement at no additional cost to the customer.
